Villa Despacito is a your comfortable home away from home, designed by Dutch architect Jan des Bouvrie, centrally located in Coral Estates

The Villa is a fully furnished modern living space on a single floor with a private pool, three bedrooms, three baths, kitchen opening onto the pool deck and laundry, the Villa has a lovely view of the Caribbean ocean and stunning sunsets views. Enjoy the slower pace of island life, relaxing in the pool or the comfort of the palapa.
Relax in the privacy of your own pool, while listening to music on the in house Sonos system or connect and surf the internet. Unwind on a sun lounger or in the shade of the palapa, if you need to retreat in the evenings watch a movie on the internet enabled tv.
The villa is equipped with TV, telephone, Apple TV, a Sonos sound system both in the house and by the pool and includes free wifi.

The Neighborhood
Guests can expect a quiet peaceful stay on the Coral Estate resort a stunning gated resort in Banda Abou, with opportunities for both shore and boat diving at the local dive shop, snorkeling or relaxing with a drink on the beach or by the pool There are numerous beaches and restaurants nearby perfect for swimming, snorkeling and diving they are highlighted ion this site and also in our guest book. If hiking or golf is more your style there are both nearby. The villa is stocked with the everything you need to move in and start enjoying your vacation immediately, with all the cooking essentials.
Within the Coral Estate Centre you have the option to go to the beach, explore the house reef and the full service dive shop, enjoy the luxury of the Oasis spa, snack on a fresh treat from the Bread & More bakery, relax and let someone else take care of cooking at one of the two restaurants ‘Karaker’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’.
You can follow the paths and walk to the beach about 20 minutes or drive and park in the free parking lot above the beach and by the restaurants.
There are extra charges for using amenities outside of the villa (diving, spa and restaurants)
